The light at the guard house still not bright enough even though they have installed the street light. What they need is the spot light to face the inbound vehicles. What say others?

Car stickers already distributed to the residents but yet some resident don't use them and when the guard stop them, they yell at them and making their life very difficult. Resident needs to cooperate on this issue.

Security has improved ever since they change the supervisor, so thank you to those who brought up this issue to Prima Mgt.
I do observed that whenever the house alarm goes off, no security responded. I understand often house alarm went off due to various reasons, but yet security staff should just go and check if everything are o.k.

Yup, just had a friend calmly drive in yesterday with the guard just 'angkat tangan' only....Sigh. Just hope that someone will not 'angkat tangan' and drive off with all that I own someday....LOL. Agree that the guards should respond if the alarm goes off. What do the rest of the gang think?

Hi Guys, I'm not too sure abt this...well what if you(owner/resident) are driving your friends car or borrowed someones car or even your company car without the stiker....we should just "angkat tangat" and drive or we should stop and declare Cheers Ravi

Hi Ravi/All, We have set simple rule base on our last meeting. Cars without stickers are liable to be stoped and checked by the guard. Cars with stickers are not required to stop. This was the simple rule that we have set base on our last meeting with PNHD. As a resident, lets abide the set rule to have a better control on the security or else everyone will just 'Angkat Tangan' and still can pass through the guard. We also need to corporate with guard as they cannot remember faces and only through stickers. Mr.Mano (The Manager) did mention that some of the resident doesn’t want to stop even they insist and some even yell and mock the working guard. I think we should allow them to check as they doing their duty. We must understand that they are following orders from their Manager and let them perform their duty and let us work together to solve the issue. Agree ;)Thanks.

Yup, I agree. If we are driving a car with a sticker then I would assume that there should be no issues. On the other hand, if we are using borrowed cars etc, then it is prudent and right to stop or be stopped. After all, this will streamline things and allow the guards to work out some sort of system. Personally I rather get stopped if they are not sure than risk my security.. Maybe the guards are not familiar with all of us and therefore a visitor who angkat tangan is just let in as a occupant. If we stick to the rules, the rules will work to our benefit. ....... ;D

All,
I heard of the guard still let the car thru without checking on the stickers. My relative just had to "angkat tangan" and the guard will let him thru without stopping him. We may need to reinforce these basic rules and request more stricter security checks.
Rgds,
Wong WC

I guess, we can request Mr Mano to restrict the entrance all the time - ie put the barricade in at all time & only let it open for approved entrance. that is the ultimate solution in my opinion. will be better w/ a boom gate or an auto gate. sure it will make life more difficult for all of us here. it might even cause traffic congestion during peak period.
i trully agree that we all as resident here need to cooperate the guards to perform their duty. i wont mind if they stop me even w/ stickered car once in a while as part of their random checks - at least we know that any un-identified vehicles & persons wont be easily passed thru & we assure of our security. if we as a resident dont want to abide by the rules, then would be very difficult for them to ensure our own security... at least we show some courtesy when stopped by them. hey.. we are paying them to do their job.. that is to secure the area & uphold the rules..
we on the other hands, can set & change the rules to suit us thru Mr Mano. i really hope we all can restraint ourselves from walloping the guards & intimidating them from doing their job...
