So, bro...don't lose hope.

Sorry for not getting involved in the meetings n stuff cause we rae away but we are always updated thru this forum. So hope to get some answers soon.

I would like to comment the new security guards & company... as compare to previous one which used to have a log book to keep track of guards patrolling around the designated streets... but now this new company doesn't practise it... I found it's useful as I can verify how often/regular of the guards patrol around... This trigger me to wonder if we (resident) has the right/power to suggest/comment of what good practise should continue or have... or what can be improved...

I spoke to the gardener yesterday. It seems that they hv stopped maintaining the garden (an order from his boss). There is only one cleaner left to sweep the garden, where there used to hv 3 - 4 ppl. All the drains are starting to clog up due to the falling leaves. Is this the result of us not paying the maintenance fee? If we start paying the maintenance fee, will there be more gardeners? What should we do to maintain the place? Basically I don't wish to see such a nice environment being turned into a waste land.

Hi Asha, I was busy lately due to work. Regarding the maintenance fees my advice to all is to pay what we should pay e.g.: RM 40 instead of RM 50. We calculate the figure what's due to the coming months. The previous one, we are still waiting for their reply. If they don't reply with next 1 month then we have raise this issue in the next meeting. Thanks. Hi all Happy New Year!! Hi Spiderman, Currently MPSJ have taken over the maintenance on phase 1C and Phase 1E therefore if you notice they are not billing us for maintenance any more. MPSJ need to send their new contractor to perform the cleaning. If they have not done so then we need to contact them to complain. Any voluntary? Thanks. www.mpsj.gov.my/main.phpI spoke to the gardener yesterday. It seems that they hv stopped maintaining the garden (an order from his boss). I drop them an email today, contents as follows:
Tuan,
Saya bagi pihak penduduk Taman Tasik Prima Fasa 1C ingin membuat pertanyaan berkenaan kerja2 pembersihan kawasan perumahan & taman permainan sekitar kawasan tasik prima fasa 1C.
Sekian

Update:
MPSJ guy by the name of redzuan called. (012-6468667) and confirmed MPSJ has taken over the maintenance. According to him, cleaning up of "longkang", potong rumput & garden area is every 2 weeks once. He will check tomorrow if our place is o.k, if not, will issue compound to the contractor in charge. (cleaning was outsource) Rubbish disposal is 2 days once.

Incident: Wife in a bit hurry (late, must fetch son from school) turning right at a junction, did not put signal, an indian man (quite young) in motorbike also turning right, not happy ask wife to wind down window. Wife refused ( a bit sacred) and continue to drive, the man block exit at guard house with his motorbike.
Identify himself as one of the guard, give lecture on safety (angry tone as wife ignore him) Wife asked, why he is not in guard uniform, never answer and left. Later, coming back from school, wife ask the guard on duty, who is that man and why he is not on uniform. Guard on duty said his name is "Rookie or Rocky" and apologize for the behaviour.
Opinion? ;D
