I wouldn't let it go Henry. You should speak to the owner of the guard company. All guards should wear their uniform.

Hi Henry, First of all, all the guards must be in uniform all time..else who the hell is he..nobody knows...no 2: his behavior is not acceptable at all...will bring this to chief of the guard ..can U let me know on which date and what time this things happen ? Thanks. Incident:Wife in a bit hurry (late, must fetch son from school) turning right at a junction, did not put signal, an indian man (quite young) in motorbike also turning right, not happy ask wife to wind down window. Wife refused ( a bit sacred) and continue to drive, the man block exit at guard house with his motorbike. Identify himself as one of the guard, give lecture on safety (angry tone as wife ignore him) Wife asked, why he is not in guard uniform, never answer and left. Later, coming back from school, wife ask the guard on duty, who is that man and why he is not on uniform. Guard on duty said his name is "Rookie or Rocky" and apologize for the behaviour. Opinion? ;D

Hi fellow residents,
Nothing much to contribute but would like to express sincere appreciation to Ramesh and Henry for their continuous contribution to our taman.
Thanks a lot for the good work!

Hi all, I'm a new resident here and just got my keys last week. When I reached my house, a guy came over to me and tell me he can do reno work for me. Question from me, is he also a resident? Why the guard let him enter without permission?

Hi Darren,
I also agree with Ng. So far no major issue like stolen cars except some break in in some houses as I recall so far 4 houses. Thanks.

If he is an indon guy with motorbike, he was working with Prima before, so knows the way around. Lots of folks here use him for renovation, so thats why he seems to get around quite well.
