Last weekend(6 Mar) mid night around 2.30am. My husband came back by taxi but the security just open the gate to let the taxi entered without asking any detail or information from taxi driver or my husband. How come the guard allow the taxi simply go in without checking. For security purpose at least should ask for house add & owner name to verify ma...

Yes I agree with May that the guards are very lax. Yesterday, Mon. my sis-in-law came in thro' 3 times( post B) between 10am and 6pm and she was not stopped, got thro' just with a wave. Like I suggested earlier even with sticker guard must verify first not just wave thro'.

I was about to post last weekend's experience here and am surprised 2 persons beat me to it!
Just like may and ong above, I had some guests coming over last weekend. They were just waved through. No stickers but no questions asked.
Since we have a sample of three here and we know its Sat and Sun, Post B, I think its easy to identify the guards on duty. PT Comm, please look into this.
Also, I hope the visitors login process can be finalised soon. Everytime I am expecting guests, I will remind them to be patient coz the guards will ask them questions and take down details. I brief them so that the process can be smooth and traffic at the gates are not affected. Most of the time, my guests think I sendiri syoik only coz they are usually waved in.
Thanks.

Dear May, Ong1057 and Pr1ma L4ker,
Please send me the details of the incident to me via EMAIL within 3 days, I would like to investigate further of these event myself what was actually happened.
Like Ramesh has told, Can you provide more detail on your feedback
1. What was the date and time of the incident? 3. What is the car number? 4. What is the destination address? 5. Guard names ?
We need all the details to indentify the persons involved. Getting feedbacks from this forum is a headache for us to act on the matters because there is no solid informations has been given to us to check and to refer, no REAL names have been given, no REAL car number involved has been given, no REAL house and street number to refer in order to get the info from the house owner.
I hope I could get some answers from here, without the solid information, it is very hard to discuss with the security company.
It is not my job to investigate, but seeing forumers sending more and more of similar kind of feedbacks make me want to know more and take a look on the matter.
CCTVs will be installed in this week, then we could see who are the visitors who claimed to get waved-in previledges or taking orportunity to get in by tailing other residents or driving like a F1 driver at the entrance.
As far as I know, through the experience of spending quite a long time sitting in the guard post B at weekend, the guards would let those cars without sticker to get through if they spotted residents/familiar faces sitting in the car be it as a passenger or driving the car at that moment (believe me, the guards know more our neighbours than us), or those familiar visitors (lady, family) that the guards already know where are they going, once again, the guards also know more than me about that too.
If, from the feedback of the forumers here, we found there is a solid case that the guard are lax and simply letting unwanted people getting in easily, then the committee will handover the relavent informations and hopefully the security company would improve the situation.
Once again, thanks for all of the feedback and it shows people are really care about our neighbourhood.

Dear Ong1057,
Why dont you just buy a cheap-cost-priced RM2 sticker for you sister-in-law to get in easily without the hassle being stoped and getting registered everytime?
It is not our intention to stop visitors to visit us, in fact, by letting the guards know who are the regular visitors can really reduce the workload of registering your sister-in-law 3 times a day, it would be good for her and the guards too. you also dont need to spend so much time on checking with her how many times that the guards has stoped her and question her intention of visiting and the destination over and over again.
I remembered a regular visitor, driving a black Camry goes to visit his friend, everytime he gets stoped and required to register. I am really amused and pitty him at the same time. Me myself also can "know" him so well even can remember his birthday already. Looking forward to see him register himself again next weekend if he comes again. : )
Sorry to everybody, tonight talked too much : )

Hi Lee, I think you missed the whole point... I'm not complaining my sis-in-law is hassled being stopped... I'm highlighting that she gets in like nobody's business without a sticker. Anyway she lives in another taman so not logical to get her a sticker even though RM2.

Dear Ong1057,
I didnt missed the point.
I have checked the log book, there is no such vehicle registered in the book. I have identified the the guards on duty at that time., but have not inquiring them about the incident yet.
I have printed this page and will pass the information to the security company for further action.
Thanks for your feedback.

Hi Lee, First of all, thanks for the prompt reply. For my case, it is a Sunday (6th March), afternoon, around maybe 4pm-5pm. If the objective is to identify the respective guard(s), I think that is enough information. Not that we want to sue them or anything that we need hard evidence. Just a reprimand and also for them to know that the residents are observing so that more efficient service is rendered. We all know regular forumers here are genuine and are concerned residents. On another note, it is encouraging to hear that CCTVs will be installed soon. Another milestone for TTP3 and the committee! Good also that guards are identifying with the residents. This makes more efficient traffic flow and also security. Lastly, I want to comment on patrolling. Encouraging to see the guards are using bicycles now. However, my observation is that they just cycle towards to mailbox, check-in, and cycle out. No attempts are made to check on the houses. Also, I understand that backlane will also be patrolled but I have never seen them there before. Has anyone seen any guards on backlane patrol? Cheers. Dear May, Ong1057 and Pr1ma L4ker, Please send me the details of the incident to me via EMAIL within 3 days, I would like to investigate further of these event myself what was actually happened. Dear Pr1ma L4ker,
I have forwarded a copy of the printout of this page to the security company, they will take further action on this matter. They will change a new guard next week.
My intention of getting as much as information that I can get is to bring the issue to the committee meeting, we must clearly know which resident is complaining and the vehicle is involved. We dont want to discuss complains from nicnames and all other unsure/unidentified persons just simply we cant be sure how true is the incident, I hope you would understand our situation here. If possible, please email me.
Thanks for your feedback.

Thats good to hear! Will they be the 'free standing' ones (like the ones in the new phase next to TTP3) instead of wall units? The reason is because that would be more visible and prominent, therefore will act as a better deterrent to any negative activities.
