Meeting with PNHD 13th July, 2007

Hi All,

The meeting is confirmed and will be attended by the Senior Manager (Loo Hon Kok) on the 13th July, 2007 at 4:30pm. Kindly confirm who will represent your as your street committee and able to attend the meeting. Better to get one of them to attend and represent your street and I plan to have internal meeting before we meet them as well. We also need a strong person to stand as the President for our committee. Don’t worry; I will back all the way for the new President. We also need to form the committee so that PNHD will not look down on us as there is no proper committee formed at this point of time. Any suggestions from others on how we can go about doing this? Thanks.

I thot u all went for the meeting with developer on 15 Jun? Why another date in July? Maybe we should hv another teh tarik session la.

The previous meeting was post pone. I could not able to send the mail to your previous e-mail address as I have bounce mail. I did inform all the rest on these changes. Can you provide me your new e-mail address?

Firstly, many thanks to all who had contributed to the TTP community. Truly appreciate your hardwork and dedication. I didn't realise we've setup a community webiste where we could all participate and contribute until today. I'm Winston from No.5, Jalan Tasik Prima 3/1E. Moved into TTP 2 years ago. However, I've been working in London since early 2005, so I've not been home much. My famliy currently lived in my TTP home.

A few issues came up when I was back home during CNY this year. Apparently the management was having trouble collecting management fees. Not sure what was the root cause/issue and if that has now been resolved? I love our taman and hope we could all work together to make it a win-win situation for the residents as well as the developer (as they are more likely to contribute more if we encourage them ;D). Also, I'm sure the developer would want to make this project a success as well as it means more profit as well as better branding in the future.

Hi Wong,

For your information, most of the resident have be inform not to pay the security charges until PNHD have resolve the issues that we have raised. We have faxed and mailed to them but they refuse to respond to us. We will bring these issues again in this Friday meeting.

Hi all,

I'm a foreign student which is a tenant (renting a house) in one of 2 1/2 unit Lakeview which is very unhappy with the community actions (headed by Rajan) which make my life in Malaysia miserable.

The following actions have been done on me and my friends..
1) Lodge few false police report to scare me and my sister off
2) Not allow my parents to enter the area
3) Not allow my friends to enter the area

My family is very wealthy as well but I do not know why I am being victimize because of my skin color.

I am very sad and have to leave. My landlord equal not happy. The head, rajan, claims he has police connections and has ties to Malaysian royalties.

Pls guide us on the authority (whether its PNHD, police, government authorities-tourism, or any effective medium) required to allow us to leave in peace there. We love the place very much :'(


Pls help advise me how should I take this further I'm trully sad as I am being treated as a foreign prisoner in Malaysia

Are you sure it's because the color of your skin???

I know that some people who read your statement here would like to know more about what's actually happened between you and Rajan.

Or maybe you should ask Rajan to say something here.

you got to discuss with this mr.rajan... what is the reason behind this... and also you should make sure that unwanted things happen in this place... hope you understand...
