Hi All,
Take Note that the meeting with PNHD has been post pone to next week 16/9/2006 because the PNHD cannot make it on the 9/9/2006. Below here is the new date and venue:-
Time : 10:00am Date : 16th Sept, 2006 (Saturday) Venue : PNHD site office meeting room (Prima Nova Harta Development Site Office near our resident - 50 meter from the guard house)

Hi Spiderman,
Agenda of the coming meeting will be as follow:-
1. Discuss the previous outstanding issue base on our last meeting. 2. To discuss the arrears maintenance charges and security charges for the amount of RM 920 in total. You also will notice that the security charges are RM 50 instead of RM 40 base on our S.P earlier. We all should only agree to pay effective from now onwards and not on arrears and only on the security charges base on agree figure of RM 40. 3. To discuss on the 2 separate charges on the bills from the lawyer on the 'Title transfer' amounting to about RM 1650. 4. Regarding the assessment charges and maintenance charges, do we need to pay both?

Hi All,
The meeting was held on the 16th Sept, 2006 to discuss on the below agenda. Before beginning of the meeting Mr.Ng requested to see the committee members separately to discuss about the attendance of the meeting (As there was 10 residents attended) but Mr.Glenn refuse to meet separately but to carry on the meeting and he requested Mr.Ng to say whatever he has to say in front of the resident. Mr.Ng requested that next meeting should be discuss with resident committee only. Finally the meeting continued without any delayed. Item discuss as below:-
1. Discuss the previous outstanding issue base on our last meeting. Conclusion :- (Minute of the meeting will be circulated later). 2. To discuss the arrears maintenance charges and security charges for the amount of RM 920 in total. You also will notice that the security charges are RM 50 instead of RM 40 base on our S.P earlier. We all should only agree to pay effective from now onwards and not on arrears and only on the security charges base on agree figure of RM 40. Conclusion :-Need to check the mutual agreement document for further clarification. 3. To discuss on the 2 separate charges on the bills from the lawyer on the 'Title transfer' amounting to about RM 1650. Conclusion : Mr.Ng requested us to check with PNHD sales manager. I will write a letter to PNHD manager. 4. Regarding the assessment charges and maintenance charges, do we need to pay both? Conclusion : Mr.Ng said we need to pay the maintenance charges at the same time we need to pay the assessment charges but we can write to MPSJ to get the refund back from them stating the property is not hand over to MPSJ yet. Need to write letter to MPSJ.
