Normally the cleaner will pack all those inside the yellow bags, and then leave it aside, and then the lorry will come to pick it up. Recently I notice, my opposite neighbour, using the vase to block space next to her house (drain) so that the bags cannot leave over there. Then those bags now moved n leave next to the rubbish bin in the playground garden.
And some more, the trees been cut, just through away next to the same bin. Then garden look messy, dirty, mosquitoes. Sign… People just concern their own compound, forget the rest of areas where ‘share’ each other.

Hi,
It's time someone to call the MPSJ to complain. I agree with him that our surrounding is getting messy and not clean as they are not doing a good job.
Thanks.

Just want to share that I have asked the municipal workers why they won't clear their bigger bags of collected rubbish (landscape rubbish, not our personal ones) by the roadside. They said that they have to wait for the MPSJ trucks to pick them up. Problem is, they said, the trucks have not been coming around for months! And the rubbish collector's will ignore their rubbish bags.
