Hi All,
If you notice that the other section of Taman Tasik Prima already has the boom gate for their security post. It’s time again to have a meeting to PNHD to get the same for both our security post. Previously when we request the same for our security, PNHD mention that MPSJ didn’t approve the request. They also have CCTV install for their security post. Their excuse will be ‘They are paying RM180 and you guys are paying RM50’. Anyway, I believe this time they would not use the same excuse for the boom gate. Anyway it will be worth fighting to get the boom gate done. We could also discuss the below as well.
i) Toilets are not useable for security Post B and that’s why the security guard need to walk all the way to Post A without attending the Post B. ii) Lack of number of security personal to attend both posts. Currently 5 only. iii) Streets lights for playground A
How many of you would like to join hands with me to get this done?
1. Ramesh (012-2221552) 2. ?

If money is the issue, I guess we can slightly top up our monthly payment from RM50 to RM80 or RM100 to resolve the boom gate issue and more security? Obviously we do not need RM180/mth for this as there are not that many extra entrances we have, and looking at the number of residence we have, I guess the figures should be reasonable.
The other option, if possible is to get our residents to jointly setup a(non-profit) management company, and we can deal with the perimeter security, cctv, boom gate, issue ourselves? If possible it will be nice to make the perimeter fences higher.

Our Taman is the first which was build but is always the last in upgrading. I sell CCTV, i can also provide a Gate with touch card. I spoke to the PNDH about making to line. even for this is no money in pocket. They have a outstanding from the resident with total 40000RM. So is our own fault that we not get the gate. First everybody who have a outstanding should go and pay now and also should join Ramesh. It is time that the residents working together. together we power full. if there is no work together it will get in this taman like puchong utama. daily car break in once a month break in to house and many more. If that comes happened the price for your house crash down. come everybody join Ramesh is for all of us to get a better and safe life in this taman. for your information in other tamans with two guard house are working 10 guards in 24 hours. our taman is handle this one with 5 people. so is not really safe. first you as a resident you should work with the security guard not against him. they working for us. you should inform all your visitor, that they have to register for entering our taman and tell them also is a housing area and not a race track (Sepang F1 Racing) and that they not to park in front of other people gate.if some one park in front of my gate, i let them collect the car by police. if you want back your car have to pay the transport and the penalty so total around 300 RM. and the most important one respect each other. how about a BBQ with all the neighbors that we start to know us?

Dear All,
I do agree with Ramesh on getting the outstading problems resolved before its too late. My concern is that why the rest of TTP residents are not putting in effort to resolve the matter. Are they not informed well or simply being in ignorance state? We can resolve the highlighted issues by ourselves but this should not be the way as such facilities are being enjoyed by all within the perimeter gate. Safety and security is everybody's matter. I believe that we have reached a point that we need to arrange for a meeting to get all residents together and discuss the matter. We need to get their view and most important, their commitment. We will continue being at losing end unless we start bulding the unity among us. Please consider and let me know what should be our next step. I believe a FAMILY DAY might sound great.

Our Developer is PNHD. So behind this company is Bolton. The number 2 developer in Selangor. Number 1 is IOI. So Bolton and PNHD are waiting until all tamans are build and sold. this will be end of 2009 or 2010. after that they start claiming back the outstanding. so they have to pay on day. Bolton got a good lawyer. So the Developer got the longer arm. We as the residences should pay the outstanding. So now about the information. There is no information from Developer or anybody else. Ramesh was walking around and ring every house on a Sunday or Saturday and ask if they want to join the walk. But it was always the same which are joining. nobody want to do something only complain to other but not paying not want to join nothing. If would be this my security company, i would let only the car in which have pay. all other park outside. then they pay. but i am sure i need a big parking space. and i would not take small security guards. my one will be tall and strong like a sumo fighter. that everybody respect them because if he fall on the car/ goodbye car. PNHD should go and collect the money now. that we can improve the service. i also complain about the status of the guard house. but is useless to say something. only what you get to hear is "we handle it over to MP-SJ" and MP-SJ they not working well. i see that we need a meeting with all residences not only with 5 like last time. from over 300 houses coming only 5. that alone shows who is interested to do something. the most residences are shouting loud and to nothing. got no time must work or any other story. complaining yes but to solve the problem no.

Actually, the boom gate with access card system is more beneficial to PNHD in cash collection. Whoever doesn't pay, just disable the card. That is a normal practice in many places.

Greetings people.
I have a question; do we really need the boom gate?
I ask because we have already been struggling for sometime just to settle the minor RM50 maintenance collection fees from all the residents. I have a gut feeling that that any bigger amount will only cause the problem to grow bigger instead of it being solved.
Before we discuss further, what are the feedbacks from our last 'walk-our-talk' campaign? Are people cooperating? Are people paying up their RM50 maintenance? Are people putting the 'taman' stickers on their cars? Are they cooperating with the security?
My suggestion would be to settle our current issues before trying to start new ones or not we end up not settling anything.
ONLY if RM50 from every resident is enough to get the boom gates up and running; than we should get it. This way we indirectly 'force' the residents to pay up or you simply just can't drive in.
Just some of my thought and suggestions.

Hi All, You see what I mean ...only few come forward to even respond here and this is how everybody feel .. 'Tidak apa' attitude . We will get no where if this is how everybody feel's. We need to be united if we need get things done. If I get response from 5 out of 350 houses, even myself getting discouraged. My wife keep asking .. why am I working hard for nothing and that's how I felt right now. If there are not 10 turn up for the meeting and I will just drop the whole meeting. These is the reason why our committee is not register in the ROS yet till today !!!

Ramesh, I support you and if need be, we go see the developer again. But my view are as follows: i) Toilets are not useable for security Post B and that’s why the security guard need to walk all the way to Post A without attending the Post B.
MUST be solved by developer as it is basic need
ii) Lack of number of security personal to attend both posts. Currently 5 only.
Cannot resolved until collection improves, instead we should see developer & jointly think of ways to improve collection. The idea of banner as suggested by one member is a good idea
iii) Streets lights for playground A
Uphill battle which I like but dunno will get or not
iv) Boom gate
Same as item ii) need to solved the collection problem first, maybe we ask developer a trade off, if we can jointly ask residence to pay X amount outstanding, they give us the boom gate?
Willing to contribute.
Henry

hi everyone we should have another resident meeting before proceed with new ideas. since our residence commitee are not well establish, it is difficult to get anything done. i dont think all of us not think about convenience life style. the first idea why they bought this kind of hause are because they want conveniece life style. they afford to pay rm50/month. not a big thing for all of us. but why??? many of them are not satisfied with PNHD serviced. so before we make any conclusion let discuss again among us and set up a strong residence commitee. all of us are a professional people. to ramesh dont give up. you had done a good job

Just for your information base on last campaign (door to door) and after tighten the security. The collection from outstanding payment of 80K has gone down to 40K.
Thanks.

hi all,
I do agree with 1 of our member to do the boom gate with access card system. Who has not pay the maintainance fee & management suppose has the authority to bar the resident to drive in to our taman. To prevent management to cut down our taman welfare. We really need to solve the problem provided all of us work united. If only few of us, we unable to do much for all.
Kind regards, Helen

Ramesh got absolutly right. is always the same 5 people which are responding on his request. So why should he do anything? I am sure, if there is no change from our residents, that we get united, that he give up all. But the lifestyle is here like that. everybody dont border. the mind of everyone is "is not my house, so is not my problem" but in complaining is everybody very big. always if one of the developer is driving around all are shouting at him but not paying maintence cost. this taman is not getting better. is getting worse. i could tell so many small problem which should be solved. I told already MPSJ but they but my complain into box R for rubish. same with TNB. 2 streets are the lamphost not working. if you call the lady even can not speak english but i choose in the menu to speak english. so every where you want to complain is use less. they got three ways to do. way one is but it into the bin. number two is ignoring my costumer forget. number three give it to the other department. as long we not a assosiation it will be not getting better in this taman.
