Hey people,
Heard that some of you carried out the walk as planned. Awesome!
Really sorry that I was not around to participate.
I believe some of you met my parents. They were suppose to join the walk to replace me but they too were caught up with some urgent matter at the last minute.
I believe the walk was successful. Do keep all of us posted about the discussions and progress.

Since the last break in to a house i was searching for a cheap and a good CCTV. After a longtime search i found a System which is easy to install and low on cost. Now i want to offer this one to all in Taman Tasik Prima. For a DIY Set with 4 CMOS cameras and the wires is only 600 RM. But you need your own PC for that set. if you don t have any PC i also can provide a new one for you. I also can offer a DIY Set where you not need a PC. A standalone Set cost a bit more. If you feel interested please contact me by email info@ditaqcomputer.com i make you a personal offer. Installment payment possible, by CIMB or Citibank.

i stay at 3/1E , surprise to know that some of the owner did not pay security charges . My suggestion is to authorise the security guard to collect payment house to house every month. I think RM50 per month collection is easier than quarterly pay . Those having problems can pay by weekly of RM 25 per week and collect by security guard while there are doing their duties . Temporary receipt book could have issue to the house owner / tenant until the payment is confirmed cleared . Suggesting time of collection shall be in the evening at 8:30pm as the house owner / tenant may be at a good mood after dinner .

Nope I can't agree with that. The security guards frequently change and are not vetted by us. Wouldn't trust them with fee collection. Just my 2 cents
