Hi All, Another house has been break-in today. They manage to break open the glass door then they manage to break the grill pad lock holder and enter to one our resident at 35, Jalan 3/3. The have enough time to ransack the entire house and even break open a save deposit box that he had in his house. How long more you guys going to wait till we have tight security in our Taman. The excuse given my PNHD office is that some of the resident has not paid the monthly security fees and therefore they have cut down the security personal that use to perform their rounds around our Taman. I hope all residents will pay up the outstanding security fees. At the same time I will print leaflet to inform our resident that we are going to have strict security entrance to our Taman. Cars without sticker will be stopped effective from 15th Jun, 2008. Kindly get your stickers before the date to avoid being stop by the security personal. Any feedback, please comment. Thanks.

The news about the break-in is not comforting to all of us. My house was also broken into some time back and am not sure whether the same thieves did the job. I like to suggest that we took note of all the break-ins in our tmn and id those broken into with rough dates/hours of when they happened. who knows we can see a trend of the break-ins. it seems that this break-in occurred when we became comfortable at our current situation and when we least suspected them. Anyone got a detailed map of the whole tmn so we can start id all break-ins and then see prone areas so security can target these certain areas at the hours most likely they're occurring.
by the way I rearranged the cars without stickers list just to see where they are mostly located just in case if there is any trend that's worth noticing (not that I imply anything, forgive me). i cannot help but to ask why the security could not take full info on some of the cars without addresses of where they were going to. maybe the security needs to be more alert on that.

Lately I've always noticed a white FedEx van in our taman during noon-late noon.. not sure if there's a delivery everyday or that actually belongs to our resident.
Should we suggest to install surveillance camera in our taman, and everyone could login to watch at anytime? And of course we could install monitors in the guard house. If 1/2 of the residents is willing the share the cost, I dun think it is a huge investment.
Just a thought ;D

They manage to break in through the glass door, there is no metal grills over there?? I need to comment one thing, the brick fencing is too low, anyone can just climb over during day time, notice some bungalows houses are in building progress, lots of indonesian labours are there, but have to do something on the perimeter fencing.

Hi Choikw, The even break the grill lock holder. Low fencing is good as it will be more visible. Thanks. They manage to break in through the glass door, there is no metal grills over there?? Hi all,
May I know you all are at which guard house? I'm very confusing due still new staying here at Lake View Homes. Frankly speaking .. v hv NO trust on the security guards having now cos the quality/job performing very poor but $180.00 maintenance fees NOT WORTH IT for.

Hi Alice,
We are at Phase 1 - Andaman, Sutra & Bayu.
AFAIK, the security company is different in Lake View from ours.

Since the last break in to a house i was searching for a cheap and a good CCTV. After a longtime search i found a System which is easy to install and low on cost. Now i want to offer this one to all in Taman Tasik Prima. For a DIY Set with 4 CMOS cameras and the wires is only 600 RM. But you need your own PC for that set. if you don t have any PC i also can provide a new one for you. I also can offer a DIY Set where you not need a PC. A standalone Set cost a bit more. If you feel interested please contact me by email info@ditaqcomputer.com i make you a personal offer. Installment payment possible, by CIMB or Citibank.
