CheckList For New Owners

Hi All,

Here is a sample of checklist for you to check your house's defects (For New Owners):-

- Pipe Leak
- Roof Leak (Pay attention when raining)
- Wall/Floor/Roof Leak (Full your toilet & washroom with water for 1 week)
- Wall Tile Crack (Especially at pipe, shower)
- Floor Tile Crack (Even 1 small line crack)
- No White Grout (Especially at pipe, shower)
- Wall Crack - Power Socket Not Tight Screwed (Try shake it slowly)
- Wall Paint Problem (Try see any different colour / dark marks at same wall)
- Rusty Grille, Gate, Fence, etc
