Development and trees chopped at end of walkway

Would just like to know if anyone knows anything regarding a pathway which seems to be developed from the road straight into the Lake at the back of Lake Haven at the very end of the walkway surrounding our lake prima. It seems like trees has been chopped of by the lake and a concrete walkway is being developed for pathway direct into the lake which can make it very dangerous for childrenns.

Please advice.
