Our Car Bumper was damage due to certain un-responsible parent let their childred riding bicycle on the road without adult supervision. Lucky we saw them (2 indian Child + 2 Chinese Child) at the turning of 3/2 Road and manage to stop the car, unfortunately the little indian boy did not realize our car has stop infront of him and he directly hit into our bumper. luckily nothing happen to the children it is only the car bumper was damage.
Can the parent be more responsible? If something happen to the children, we the driver will be ACCUSED.
