Can anyone let me know about the rental at Taman Tasik Prima 3/1 which is 22x75 sq ft? Any previous rental's records?

My record is almost 3-4 years old, but if you are still interested, it is around RM700-RM800 then. Some more have to be grilled and partly furnished. Yes, I know, it is pathetic.
Then again, this is old story, hopefully someone can contribute a more updated (and hopefully more encouraging) figures.
