I've not paid security fees for April yet. I was not around over the weekend and also maybe this weekend. Where i can pay during weekdays?

You can pay the security fee at the developer office itself. Do anyone have any idea why the developer charging Rm 120 for security and service charge unlike Tmn Putra Prima and Tmn Tekali they 'only' pay min security charge Rm35-40, it seems to be very expensive infact the security is lenien towards visitors. Living in Tasik Prima is very costly in fact the service being provided to the residents is the same as any other Tmn around tasik prima puchong.I'm quiet disappointed

Now is August and July less than 50% pay. Why the rest of residents not concern about security? What will happen if it continue to go down? Can RA enforce? There use to be a lot of interesting discussions here about security and taman happenings but seems very quiet now. Is this website still active or got new one? Regards, Tan

Dear BLTAN,
Thanks for your concern over the issue on collection of security fees.
The Committee is working very hard on the issue on collections, the estimated stable figure would be around 85-88% (including empty houses).
The months that showing figures below 80% are mainly due to short of manpower on collection and residents were out of town/ busy on collection day , etc. Some actions already been taken to make sure the collection to a healthy level.
Appreciate if all residents can remind your neighbours to pay the security fees promptly.
Currently, the Resident Association's financial status is healthy, no worry on paying the security services and basic ammenities.
We are also looking forward to having more people volunteer themself on helping us to collect money and taking other tasks on buliding our neighbourhood and community in positive ways, please contact me or any other committee members if you can offer your assistance to make the RA a success.
