Hi Residents of Taman Tasik Prima Phase 3,
Take note that part of the residents already paid the Dec 2010 payment of RM 50 to Pro-Tem committee and the car stickers will be distributed tonight after 8pm to all residents.
For those who has not paid and if you would like to do it, you can do so at the below address:
Mr.Lee at 3A, Taman Tasik Prima 3/1F, Taman Tasik Prima. His mobile number is 012-6015134. Please call him before going over to make the payment to make sure he is at home.
Remember that cars or motorbike without stickers will be stopped and question before the gate is open and this will be hassle for residents without stickers.
Kindly make your monthly payments and get your stickers to avoid any inconveniences effective from 1st Dec, 2010.
Thank you for your support.
Thanks.

Hi Ramesh, I waited last night but no sign of car stickers. Some last minute glitch! Anyway I wish to report something positve. Last Saturday I emailed my complaint to MPSJ on grasscutting & rubbish collection. Lo & behold on Mon morning we noticed all done. The moral of the story is keep sending complaints by email to MPSJ, they do respond & quickly too. Keep up the good work Ramesh & Int. Comm. NH Ong 24 Jln 3/2

I have made complaint about the broken concrete drain covers to MPSJ for numerous times, but no action taken yet.
Those covers were broken when their contractor open up the cover when cleaning the drain.
Last year, MPSJ replied no budget to fix and had to wait for this year budget. This year already reach December and not yet fixed.
Those uncovered part of the drain is hazardous. The drain is quite deep, will get injure when somebody fall into it.

To all residents of TTP Phase 3..
I would like to get some feed back from some of u.. The pro tem committee had mentioned before that the new car stickers issued from 1st Dec 2010 will only be valid until 28 Feb 2011 (3 months). From 1st March 2011, there would be a new sticker with a different colour issued to all residents that have paid up promptly.
Yesterday we had a meeting and I was informed by Mr. Lee (our treasurer - and a very dedicated one as well) that around (86%) of our residents have paid up for December 2010. We believe around (8%) are empty / not occupied and another (6%) houses have yet to pay up for December 2010.
We will be visiting these houses to find out why they have not paid up and try to convince them to join the rest of us. Mean while, we will also try to get the details of the unoccupied houses and inform the rightful owners to pay up asap.
So, if we can continue to collect 85% and above (hopefully with the support of all the residents), I don think there is a need to issue new car stickers to every one. If the (6%) decide not to join in, then just let it be as I feel the rest should not be going through the hassle of getting new stickers every 3 months or so. In fact we can keep changing stickers as frequent as we like but if this (6%) still do not pay, what is the purpose of the new stickers as we still have to allow this (6%) into our Taman as they are also residents here (Plus it is against the Law to restrict entry of any person in to any public place /road).
Plus we can save a lot of time, money and frustration of queuing up at the guard house and having to register all our cars / bikes all over again. Why do we need to go through with this painful process all over again??? Hence, we can help save our planet by using less energy and plastic, as one of our forumers mentioned before..
Maybe some of you can chip in on your ideas as well, as it would help us come up with the best solution for all of us. Your feed back is very valuable to us.
Thanks..
