Dear All, i am interested to go for auction unit (No. 46, Jalan Tasik Prima 3/1). As buying house is one of important decision in man's life, so anyone have comments below, i) Bidding start from 252K, is it a good buy? What is the current market value? ii) Termites problem? iii) History of the auction unit (house, ppl etc)? Worry a bit since couldn't view the unit internal conditions? iv) House structural issue (I have bad experience in my previous house which have crack issue due to land movement) v) I noticed quite a number of houses are still vacant, any special reason for this? Thanks a lot...

Thanks a lot... I am also wondering why there are many houses here listed for auction. You don't mind about either the house is 'freehold' or 'leasehold'?

My opinion
Freedhold : good for investment or own staying
Leasehold : good for own stay but not really favor to investment unless it's location is at prime area.
I wish to get a unit for my own stay instead of investment therefore FH or LH not so important to me ;D
