Just wanna post this news from The Star (http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2007/3/20/central/17163287&sec=central) regards to ALL gated and guarded developments in Selangor will have to adhere to new guidelines starting next month (drawn up by the state Housing and Real Property Board).
Anyone has the access to this full guidelines? Is it something we can work it out with developer for our area?
